Polysorbate 60
Polysorbate 60 is a non-ionic surfactant supplied as a lemon to orange oily liquid or semi-gel with a mild characteristic odour. It is widely used as an emulsifier, stabiliser and dispersant, particularly in food applications such as frozen desserts and beverage whiteners, as well as in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and industrial formulations.
